Jerry Neff -

Jerry Neff, PMP, serves as Project Manager III at altafiber, overseeing requirements gathering and project delivery for Network Operations projects since January 2022. With over 30 years of experience, Jerry previously held multiple roles at Cincinnati Bell, including Network Operations Compliance and Support Manager, where responsibilities included developing technical training materials, and Enterprise Project Manager, managing corporate projects. Additional roles included Network Planner Specialist, Wireless Architecture Project Manager, and Quality Assurance Engineer, among others. Jerry began a career in engineering as an Engineering Technician at General Electric and as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Pioneer Electronics. Jerry holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, earned between 1982 and 1988.
