RD A has extensive work experience in various roles related to network engineering, data analysis, and project management. They started their career in 1990 as a Systems Manager at The University of Glasgow, where they developed and managed a large academic network. From there, they worked as an Application Consultant at Wrightway Computer Solutions before moving on to become a Consultant Engineer at Interlynx, where they designed web applications and provided technical support for instrumentation and network integration. RD A then became the General Manager of s::can USA at s::can Messtechnik GmbH, where they successfully established the brand in the USA and provided technical support for utility security projects. They also worked as a Product Manager at M2M Data Corporation, an Adjunct Instructor in Information Security & Networking, and a Network Engineering & Security Consultant at Interlynx. Currently, RD A is working as the Principal Operations Analytics Architect at altafiber, where they apply their network engineering and data analysis experience to improve network operations intelligence. They provide analysis and data architecture services using advanced tools and data sources.

RD A has a Master's Degree in Computing (Information Security & Forensics) from The Open University. They also have a Postgraduate Diploma in Computing and a Bachelor's Degree from the same institution. In addition, RD A has obtained several certifications, including Analyzing and Visualizing Data with Power BI, ColumbiaX: Statistical Thinking for Data Science and Analytics, Data Science Orientation, Implementing ETL with SQL Server Integration Services, Introduction to R for Data Science, and Querying with Transact-SQL, from edX.
