Brian Dresbeck

Brian Dresbeck is an experienced professional with a diverse background in legal compliance, management, and project analysis. Currently serving as a Corporate Compliance Specialist II at Alta Planning + Design since March 2017, Brian specializes in analyzing RFPs for public works projects and negotiating contractual terms. Prior to this role, Brian was the Legal and Compliance Manager at Trellis Earth Products, where involvement included legal due diligence for SEC filings and facilitating the acquisition of a U.S. factory. Brian also owned and managed Mike Ryan & Sons/Team Sport Shop.com, overseeing various operational aspects while handling contracts and leases.
