Katie Mangle

Katie Mangle has extensive work experience in the planning and transportation industry. Katie started their career at TriMet as a Capital Projects Planner from 1996 to 1999. Katie then joined URS Corporation as a Senior Planner, where they managed interdisciplinary teams and worked on transportation projects throughout North America. From 2006 to 2012, they served as the Planning Director for the City of Milwaukie, responsible for all planning functions and overseeing long-range land use and transportation planning. Katie then worked as the Long Range Planning Manager for the City of Wilsonville from 2012 to 2014, leading various planning initiatives including master planning, transportation planning, and economic development strategies. Since 2014, Katie has been with Alta Planning + Design, first as the Vice President and NW Regional Manager, and later as the Vice President/Portland Group Leader. Katie brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the field.
