John Miner

John Miner is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in clinical operations and health value management. Currently serving as AVP of Health Value Operations at Altais since December 2024, John previously co-founded and led clinical operations at Resolut Care from September 2023 to November 2024, where responsibilities included refining go-to-market strategies and operational preparations. Prior to that, John worked as a Senior Healthcare Consultant from January 2022 to September 2023, providing strategic insights that significantly improved client outcomes. John's leadership as VP of Population Health at Oak Street Health focused on clinical improvement and cost reduction, and earlier roles at Optum involved transformation efforts in value-based care. John holds a Master’s degree in Health Management and Policy from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor’s in Economics from Brigham Young University.
