David Morgan

David Morgan has a background in process improvement and consulting. David worked as the Director of Process Improvement at AltaMed Health Services from 2015 to present. Prior to that, they founded and served as the CEO of Constantiae Consulting from 2014 to 2015, where they focused on offering strategies to improve business performance through lean six sigma approaches. From 2009 to 2014, they worked at Northrop Grumman Corporation, first as a Six Sigma Master Blackbelt, then as the Manager of Process Excellence and PMO. In these roles, they managed process improvement projects and implemented quality and performance management systems.

David Morgan obtained a Master of Arts in Organizational Development (MAOM) from the University of Phoenix in 2001. In addition, they hold a certification as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, but the details about the institution and when they obtained it are unknown.
