Justin Davis

Justin Davis, MBA, has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. Justin began their career as a Concordia University Irvine Men's Basketball athlete, where they practiced, conditioned, and prepared for competition. During their time there, they were named Team Captain and received All-Conference Second Team recognition in 2017.

After completing their bachelor's degree, Justin worked at Hoag Hospital as a Health Scholar. In this role, they assisted doctors and nurses in multiple departments, cared for patients, and ensured accurate record-keeping.

Justin then joined ScribeAmerica as a Medical Scribe, where they documented patient information and ordered necessary medical tests. Justin worked in the Internal Medicine Department, supporting Dr. Chad Wadell.

Following their experience at ScribeAmerica, Justin joined Providence as an Associate Project Manager. Justin later took on the role of Credentialing Assistant for MHMG, where they oversaw the credentialing and onboarding of new and existing physicians and APCs. Justin streamlined workflows and established effective communication channels between participating entities.

In 2021, Justin joined SpectrumAi as a Program Manager. Justin successfully managed complex projects, including clinic openings and technology development milestones. Justin coordinated activities among team members, maintained budgets, and ensured compliance with regulations and best practices.

Most recently, Justin joined AltaMed Health Services as an Associate Project Manager. Justin supports strategic initiatives and project management teams by defining project parameters, developing project documentation, and conducting activities that contribute to the successful execution of projects.

Justin Davis, MBA, has a strong educational background in both business and biology. Justin earned their Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Concordia University Irvine, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. In 2022, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in General Management from California Baptist University. Additionally, Justin has obtained two certifications to further enhance their skills and knowledge. In 2018, they completed the UCLA Executive Program in Health Policy & Management at the University of California, Los Angeles. Furthermore, in 2020, they obtained a certification in Project Management: Healthcare Projects from the Project Management Institute. These additional certifications demonstrate their commitment to professional development beyond their formal education.
