Nikki Mere

Nikki Mere is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in program coordination, retail management, research, and evaluation. Currently serving as the Family Medicine Residency Program Coordinator at AltaMed Health Services since March 2022, Nikki oversees the operational management of an ACGME-accredited program and supports trainee recruitment and progress tracking. As the Vintage Shop Owner at Ripe Goods, Nikki manages retail operations and directs marketing campaigns. Previous roles include positions as a Research Analyst at Vital Research, Research and Evaluation Associate at Claremont Evaluation Center, and Research Coordinator for Spirituality and Well-Being Lab at the University of San Francisco. Nikki holds a Master’s degree in Positive Developmental Psychology and Evaluation from Claremont Graduate University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of San Francisco.
