Paula Jamison

Paula Jamison's work experience begins in 1998 as a Research Center Administrator at Partners in Care Foundation. In this position, they implemented and led research agendas, wrote research grants, and designed study concepts and outcome measures. Paula focused on evaluating comprehensive home-based models of healthcare.

In 2008, they joined Kaiser Permanente as a Project Manager, where they worked until 2011. During this time, they served as a Lead Improvement Advisor, Director of Performance Improvement, and Senior Manager of Operations Intelligence. In these roles, they contributed to various aspects of operational improvement and intelligence within the organization.

Paula Jamison holds a Master's degree in Applied Anthropology from California State University, Long Beach, which they completed in 2007.
