Avp, Organizational Development And Strategy Execution at AltaMed

Samere Reid, EdD, has extensive work experience in various organizations and roles. From 2020 to the present, Samere has been serving as the AVP of Organizational Development, DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion), and Strategy at AltaMed Health Services. Prior to this, from 2017 to 2020, Samere held the position of Manager in the Office of Strategy Execution and Analytics within the same company.

Before joining AltaMed Health Services, Samere worked as a Business Strategy Manager at Educational Management Systems from 2016 to 2017. From 2012 to 2015, Samere served in Teach for America, first as the Chief of Staff and Director of Strategy Talent Operations, and later as the Director of Strategy, Innovation, and Organizational Development.

Samere's career started at FSG, where they worked as an Associate from 2011 to 2012. Prior to that, Samere gained experience at Harvard School of Public Health in the Office of External Relations from 2010 to 2011. Their career began at Deloitte Consulting, where they worked as a Business Analyst from 2008 to 2010.

Samere Reid, EdD, pursued a Doctor of Education (EdD) degree in Organizational Change & Leadership from the University of Southern California from 2016 to 2020. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology from Harvard University, which they completed from 2004 to 2008.
