Rick Smith

Rick Smith is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in network engineering and management. Currently serving as a Network Engineer and IT Manager at Altametrics since July 2012, Rick oversees server and IP telephony design, e-mail infrastructure, capacity planning, and systems management while managing IT staff and hardware procurement. Previously, Rick founded and operated XFormity, Inc., held the role of Network Operations Manager, and worked at Sealand Services and Texas Instruments in various capacities, including consultant and IT lead. Rick holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems and Services and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics, both from Southern Methodist University.
