Tilo Hellmann

Tilo Hellmann is currently engaged in the Cross Divisional Development Trainee Program within the Corporate Procurement division at ALTANA AG, where participation marks a pioneering achievement in the program. With experience as a Technical Purchaser at Lichtgitter Group, Tilo managed product groups related to machinery, equipment, and IT, while contributing to various digitization projects. A background as a Professional Musician provided Tilo with independent decision-making skills and experience in logistics, e-commerce, and finance. Previous roles include developing an internationalization strategy for SPALECK GmbH & Co. KG and sales-focused positions at Wilhelm Severt Maschinenbau GmbH and Maschinenfabrik KEMPER GmbH. Tilo's technical foundations were built as a Mechatronics Technician at OLBRICH GmbH, culminating in a Master of Science in Business Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from Westfälische Hochschule.
