Coline Gendron

Coline Gendron is currently working as Responsable des ressources humaines and Talent & Office manager at Altaroad. Coline has experience in HR management, including establishment of HR processes, management of recruitment offers, and collaboration with team managers. Prior to their current role, Coline worked as Chargée de ressources humaines at Cokpit, where Coline conducted interviews, sourced profiles, and provided support for client needs. Coline also served as an Assistante commerciale at PROXISERVE, where Coline created a platform for internal communication. Coline is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at ESSEC Business School, with exchange programs at ESSEC Africa and Universitat de Barcelona.
