Benjamin Harmon

Benjamin Harmon is currently serving as Litigation & Contracts Counsel at Altec, Inc. since 2025. Prior to this role, Benjamin was a Partner at Lightfoot, Franklin & White from 2019 to 2025, where they contributed to the firm’s reputation as one of the nation’s top litigation firms. Benjamin gained valuable experience as a Law Fellow at the Equal Justice Initiative from 2014 to 2016 and as a Law Clerk for the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court from 2016 to 2017. They also held positions as an Associate at Alston & Bird from 2017 to 2019 and as a Regional Coordinator at Impact Alabama from 2009 to 2010. Benjamin earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Alabama.
