Bert Poller

Bert Poller currently serves as the Technical Lead at Alteia, focusing on the development of the Aether platform since January 2024. Prior to this role, Bert worked at Ippon Technologies as the Director of Engineering and Solution Architect from January 2021 to January 2024. Bert co-founded Power Up Conseil, where as CTO, contributed to the development and commercialization of TeamMood, a tool for measuring team wellbeing, from February 2018 to January 2021. Other notable positions include Cloud Architect and Head of Tech Studio at ekito, Google Launchpad Tech Mentor at Google, Software Architect at Steria, CTO at Ubleam, and Project Manager at ARTAL TECHNOLOGIES. Bert holds a BSc in Computer Science from The University of Salford and has completed several specialized courses, including Principles of Reactive Programming and Functional Programming Principles in Scala at EPFL.
