Augustine Joseph is a seasoned professional in Talent Acquisition, currently serving as the Senior Director & Country Head at ALTEN in India since November 2024. Previously, Augustine held the position of Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Accenture for a brief period in 2024 and spent over a decade at Dell Technologies, where responsibilities included leading Talent Acquisition for R&D and various hiring initiatives in India. Augustine's extensive experience also encompasses leadership roles at Wipro Technologies, ING Vysya Bank, and Intel Technology India Pvt. Ltd. Augustine holds a PG in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management from Bhavan's Rajendra Prasad Institute of Communication & Management and a Bachelor of Arts from St. Joseph's College, Bangalore.
