Constance Bourillon

Constance Bourillon is an experienced project manager and supply chain quality manager with a strong background in managing teams and supplier relationships across the aerospace sector. Currently serving as Chef de projet at ALTEN, responsibilities include overseeing support and services projects, team recruitment and development, operational performance management, and client satisfaction reporting. Constance has led teams in quality management at Airbus Helicopters and Apside, focusing on supplier performance audits and operational excellence. Previously, project experience at Airbus involved implementing quality improvement initiatives and efficient budget management. Constance holds an engineering degree in Industrial Performance Engineering from Grenoble INP - UGA and has acquired various qualifications in logistics and supply chain management from recognized institutions.
