Florian Poloni

Florian Poloni is a Quality and Safety process engineer at ALTEN since May 2022, working as a subcontractor for Airbus on the A350 Final Assembly Line Ground Test Design. Prior to this role, Florian served as a maintenance coordinator at Groupe Gazechim, where responsibilities included developing a maintenance management tool and ensuring regulatory compliance for safety-critical maintenance. Earlier experience includes an apprenticeship in QSE at EID Méditerranée, a continuous improvement internship at Cadralbret, and a short stint in supply chain management at Groupe Aqualande SA. Seasonal work at LIMAGRAIN EUROPE involved pollination tasks. Florian Poloni holds a Master’s degree in Risk and Environment Management from the University of Montpellier, a License in Law focusing on Quality, Safety, and Environment, and a DUT in Quality, Industrial Logistics, and Organization from the Université de Bordeaux.
