Matthieu Millot has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Matthieu began their career at MBDA as a Tests Trainee Engineer in 2005. Matthieu then worked as a Mechanical Engineer at SERAM from 2006 to 2007, followed by a brief role as a Mechanical Engineer at ABMI for Synchrotron Soleil.

Millot then joined ALTEN for EDF in 2007 as a Project Manager, a position they held until 2014. Matthieu then briefly served as an Engineering Team Lead at ALTEN for EDF before transitioning to the Modifications Studies Committee - Direction of Studies role within the same company.

In 2016, Millot moved to ALTEN and took on the role of Project Manager for various projects in the Energy and Life Sciences fields. Matthieu was responsible for project management, financial monitoring, risk management, and continuous improvement. In 2018, they were promoted to Project Director, overseeing 11 engineering centers and ensuring compliance with contractual commitments.

Most recently, in 2022, Millot became a Senior Project Director within the Technical Direction of ALTEN. In this position, they are responsible for 22 centers of services across multiple domains, including Energy, Ferroviaire, Sciences de la vie, and Automobile in France, Europe, and Nearshore.

Throughout their career, Millot has demonstrated a strong capability for project management, financial oversight, resource management, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement. Matthieu has also gained extensive experience in the Energy and Life Sciences sectors.

Matthieu Millot completed their Master's degree in Mechanical Technology at Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC) in 2004. In 2004-2005, they pursued a DESS/Master's degree in Génie Mécanique at Université d'Évry.
