Pascal Agin is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in project delivery, research and development, and customer support within the telecommunications and technology sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice-President of Projects Delivery at ALTEN since May 2021, Pascal oversees the financial and delivery performance of numerous projects across Europe, North America, and several offshore centers, managing a workforce of 15,000 and annual revenues exceeding €1 billion. Prior roles include Senior Director of R&D and Customer Support at Thales, and various leadership positions at Nokia and Alcatel-Lucent, where Pascal drove significant improvements in team performance, product quality, and operational efficiency. Pascal holds master's degrees in Sciences and Telecommunications from École Polytechnique and Télécom Paris, respectively.
