Raphael Mignotte

Raphael MIGNOTTE is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources management and recruitment. From June 2011 to July 2016, MIGNOTTE served as HRBP at ALTEN, overseeing personnel administration for 350 employees, payroll management, and supporting organizational changes. MIGNOTTE further took on the role of Responsable recrutement et Développement RH, managing annual recruitment plans, employee onboarding, training initiatives, and maintaining employer branding through relationships with educational institutions.
