Ellen Cook

Ellen Cook is a highly experienced professional in asset-based lending (ABL) with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Managing Director of ABL Services at Alter Domus since March 2018, Ellen heads the business unit that provides back office loan and collateral monitoring services. Prior to this role, Ellen held various leadership positions, including Director of ABL Services at Cortland Capital Market Services LLC and SVP Director of ABL Collateral Risk Management & Reporting at MB Financial Bank, where significant operational policies and regulatory compliance were developed. Ellen's extensive expertise encompasses underwriting, structuring, and managing ABL portfolios, as well as team leadership and relationship management across multiple financial institutions, beginning with positions at Heller Financial and BT Commercial Corp. Ellen holds a B.S. in Accounting from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.
