James Brasher is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the private equity, real estate, and infrastructure sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director and Country Executive at Alter Domus since July 2018, James previously held the role of Group Head Products & Segments from April 2011 to December 2017. Prior to joining Alter Domus, James was Division Director at Macquarie Group, overseeing the Finance function for European Infrastructure funds, and held various roles at JP Morgan Fleming, including CFO for UK Institutional, where valuable expertise in fund lifecycles was developed. Early career experience includes positions at Price Waterhouse as Tax Manager and Orr Shotliff as Audit Senior. James holds a BA (Hons) in Economics and International Relations from the University of Reading.
