Rob Germain

Rob Germain is the Head of IT Workspace at Alter Domus, where they focus on enhancing workplace technology. Previously, they served as Senior Manager of Global Desktop Engineering at Otis Elevator Co. and held various roles at FactSet, including VP of Corporate Systems Engineering, where they managed enterprise email and desktop infrastructure. They also gained experience at Pratt & Whitney as a Manager of Infrastructure Services, specializing in Microsoft Office 365 and Citrix technologies. Rob is currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
