Ruby McCormack

Ruby McCormack is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Head of Technology Strategy at Alter Domus and an Independent Consultant at Dimension4Ai, where Ruby provides consulting services for Private Equity backed organizations. Prior to these roles, Ruby was the Technology Chief Operating Officer at Kantar, overseeing a major technology transformation, and held various senior positions at LSEG, including Head of Content Transformation Technology, where Ruby led a global team of over 1000 people in migrating applications to cloud technologies. Ruby also co-led the integration of the Refinitiv technology function post-acquisition and managed a significant change budget in the engineering capability and adoption space at Refinitiv, ensuring prioritization and governance in a complex operational environment.
