Alter Ego Group is a dynamic hospitality collective of eight diverse restaurants and two boutique retail agencies.

From rustic Italian taverns and hidden patios to refined Mediterranean cuisine and artisanal food offerings, Alter Ego seamlessly blends the warmth of family dining with the vibrancy of contemporary city life.

Each of our venues tells a unique story, offering distinctive experiences rooted in quality and connection. Our portfolio includes four Mercatto locations—College Street, Trattoria, Taverna, and Cantina—as well as Bar Prima, La Palma, Constantine, and Occhiolino.

Through its retail agencies—The Agency and Salt Gourmet—Alter Ego extends this philosophy beyond the dining table, curating premium ingredients, a finely selected range of wines, and premium accessories. Every aspect of taste and atmosphere is meticulously crafted to inspire and delight.
