Chary James

Chary James is a seasoned professional with 20 years of experience in the market, specializing in partnerships with recognizable brands and mass consumption distributors. Currently serving as the Gerente de Área at Laboratorios Alter, S.A., Chary is responsible for brand management and medical distribution in Panama. Previously, they held significant roles at CALOX PANAMEÑA, including Key Account Manager and Brand Manager, where Chary oversaw national sales and marketing strategies. Chary earned a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Universidad Latina de Panamá, where they also completed postgraduate studies in high management.
