Erwin Wessels

Erwin Wessels serves as the Chief Investment Officer at Altera Vastgoed N.V., a role held since 2014, where they oversee a property fund managing € 2.2 billion in assets for institutional investors. Prior to this, they were Directeur at NSI from 2010 to 2013 and held various positions at Dura Vermeer Bouw and Dura Vermeer Vastgoed from 1989 to 2009. Erwin has pursued extensive education, currently studying Psychologie van leiderschap at Nyenrode Business Universiteit, and has earned a Master's degree in real estate from Universiteit van Amsterdam. Additionally, they completed a commissarissencyclus at Nyenrode Business Universiteit in 2023.
