Andrew Santos

Andrew Santos is an experienced FPGA Applications Engineer currently working at Altera since January 2024. Prior to this, Andrew served as an FPGA Applications Engineer in the Programmable Solutions Group at Intel Corporation from May 2018 to December 2024, and as a SoC Design Verification Engineer in the Xeon Engineering Group. Andrew's career began as a Program Coordinator for Pre-collegiate Outreach Programs at Worcester Polytechnic Institute from 2015 to 2018. Additionally, Andrew completed a SoC Pre-Silicon Validation Graduate Internship at Intel Corporation in 2017. Andrew holds a Master of Science in Electrical & Computer Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in the same field, with minors in Computer Science and Social Entrepreneurship, both obtained from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Educational qualifications also include A-levels in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Applied ICT from Bangkok Prep.
