Litesh Singla currently serves as the Director of Sales Operations at Altera since September 2025, bringing extensive experience from roles at AMD, Xilinx, and other companies. At AMD, Litesh held various managerial positions in sales operations, achieving significant improvements in forecasting processes, revenue tracking, and team productivity. Prior experience includes analytical and operational roles at Xilinx and Dell Technologies, where Litesh implemented data-driven solutions and enhanced sales efficiency. Litesh also has a strong academic background with a Master’s degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Northeastern University and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, complemented by teaching and mentoring roles during graduate studies.
