Lydia L.

Lydia L. has over 18 years of experience in accounting operations, people management, and system implementations via roles at organizations such as the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, Palantir Technologies, and Ernst & Young. Currently serving as the Director of Accounting Operations at Altera, Lydia focuses on transformational finance operations and collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders. Previously, Lydia held various positions, including Senior Accounting Manager and Accounting Manager at the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, where they played a key role in building scalable processes and infrastructure. Lydia pursued a Bachelor of Science in Commerce, Accounting at Santa Clara University and is also studying Business Administration at Whittier College.
