Phil Chapman

Phil Chapman currently serves as the Mechanical Rotating Equipment Engineer for Altera, starting in September 2025. Previously, Phil held the position of 3GP SC Mechanical Discipline Lead GTG at Tengizchevroil from December 2023 to October 2025, where responsibilities included overseeing mechanical equipment during the commissioning of five BHGE Frame 9 GTGs and coordinating efforts among the client, contractor, and vendor. Prior to that, Phil worked as a 3GP SC Rotating Equipment Coordinator at NES Fircroft from March 2022 to February 2024, contributing to the TCO FGP Project. Earlier experience includes a role as Mechanical Commissioning Engineer at Magma Products Ltd from July 2021 to March 2022 and serving as Area Authority for the Trans Adriatic Pipeline from August 2019 to July 2020.
