Rasika Joshi

Rasika Joshi, PhD, is an Engineering Manager and Senior Product Development Engineer with extensive experience in pre-silicon DFT pattern development and memristor research. Currently serving as a Guest Faculty at Portland State University and Engineering Lead at Altera, Rasika previously held roles at Intel Corporation, where they managed post-silicon teams and led product testing efforts. Rasika earned a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor of Technology in Instrumentation and Control Engineering from Vishwakarma Institute of Technology.
