Rosalba Baker is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in compensation and human resources management. Currently serving as Vice President of Total Rewards at Altera since March 2024, Baker previously held the role of Vice President Compensation at Arctic Slope Regional Corporation, focusing on designing and managing comprehensive compensation and retirement programs. Prior to that, Baker spent over two decades at Intel Corporation, progressing from Sr. Financial Analyst to HR Business Partner, Compensation Manager, and ultimately Sr. Director of Compensation, where enterprise-wide compensation solutions were developed and implemented. Baker holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from New Mexico State University.
