Sandeep Nayyar is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Altera since October 2025. Nayyar also holds a position as a Board Member, Lead Independent Director, Audit Chair, and Member of the Nominating & Governance Committee at Penguin Solutions from 2014 to the present. From 2010 to 2025, Nayyar was the Chief Financial Officer at Power Integrations.
