Brian Win Htein is a seasoned mechanical inspector and engineer with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as a mechanical inspector for Altera Infrastructure on the Equinor FPSO Petrojarl Knarr redeployment project, Brian has previously held key roles including mechanical superintendent and commissioning at Yinson Production for the FPSO ATLANTA project, and as a marine engineer for BW Energy’s FPSO BW POLVO redeployment project. Notable contributions include coordinating mechanical completion for Equinor's FPSO Johan Castberg project and supervising mechanical activities for various FPSO and drilling projects across multiple international locations. Brian holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Rangoon Institute of Technology and a 2nd Engineer Certificate of Competency in Marine Engineering from the Institute of Marine Technology in Yangon.
