Jam Sy, CLSSYB, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, and labor relations. Currently serving as a People & Organization Advisor at Altera Infrastructure, Jam manages the complete recruitment process and supports the hire-to-retire lifecycle. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resources Generalist at Western Union, focusing on compensation and benefits as well as employee engagement, and as a Talent Engagement Lead at Tata Consultancy Services, where Jam facilitated employee relations and advised on policy implementation.
