Marlon Regner

Marlon Regner is a Mechanical Completion Manager at Altera Infrastructure, overseeing the Rosebank FPSO project since 2025. They previously held various roles in mechanical completion and systems completion across multiple companies, including Equinor, SBM Offshore, and GATE Energy. Marlon's expertise spans from punchlist management to database completion for significant offshore projects, such as the FPSO Armada Kraken and the Shell Whale and Vito FPU. They hold a Specialist Diploma in Marine & Offshore Technology from Ngee Ann Polytechnic and are currently studying Chemical Engineering at the University of the Philippines.
