Mathea Noteng

Mathea Noteng is an experienced HR professional with a Bachelor's degree in HR and Personnel Management from Kristiania University College, completed in 2019. At Altera Infrastructure, Mathea has held the roles of HR Advisor and HR Coordinator since July 2019. Prior experience includes serving as an HR Coordinator at Teekay and as an HR Administrator at Mowi ASA, previously known as Marine Harvest. Mathea also gained initial HR experience as an HR Intern at Marine Harvest Group and worked at REMA 1000 Norge in various capacities from 2014 to 2017, including responsibilities as a Medarbeider and Låseansvarlig. Early work experience includes a seasonal position at BYNESET GOLFKLUBB from 2010 to 2015.
