Ronny Hoff

Ronny Hoff is currently serving as the Project Process & Systems Manager at Altera Infrastructure since September 2023. Prior to this, Ronny spent nearly nine years at NOV, holding roles such as Group Manager of the Digital Solutions Team and Product Line Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing the commercialization of lifting and handling equipment and managing the digital solutions team for offshore cranes. Additional experience includes project management positions at IKM Ocean Design and Woodside Energy, focusing on pipelines and subsea structures. Ronny holds an MBA from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and has completed various programs related to offshore wind energy and digitalization. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Applied Physics and Mathematics and a background in military training as a 2nd Lieutenant.
