Matt Sharpe

Matt Sharpe is the Director of Design for Small and Middle Market Business Solutions at Capital One, where they focus on integrated business solutions across various financial domains. Previously, Matt held senior positions at Capital One, leading end-to-end design for commercial credit card products and B2B payment experiences. With a background at NASA as an Interaction Designer and a leader on human systems integration projects, they contributed to significant digital transformations within the agency. Matt also has experience directing product design at GREYRALLY and has served on the Board of Advisors for TACIT. Educated at institutions such as Carnegie Mellon University and Virginia Military Institute, Matt holds a Master's in Human-Computer Interaction and a Bachelor's in Computer Science.
