Natalia Byszof

Natalia Byszof is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and service delivery management. Currently serving as a Service Delivery Manager at Alterdata.io since March 2023, Natalia focuses on project management within data warehousing, BI, and software development, overseeing a team of over 60 individuals. Prior to this role, Natalia was a Senior Project Manager at Laurens Coster, where responsibilities included team coordination and managing project budgets. Earlier experience also includes serving as an Account Manager at Wecreo, overseeing project management and client interactions, and as a Shift Supervisor at Costa Coffee Polska, focusing on financial control and team management. Natalia holds a Master’s degree in National Security and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from War Studies University in Warsaw.
