McGregor Fea is a Founding Partner at Altered Capital, a venture capital and private equity firm based in New Zealand. Currently, McGregor serves as a Board Member at Emerge and MacroActive, as well as a Board Member for RoofBuddy starting in 2025. Previously, McGregor held the position of Vice President at Jarden from 2012 to 2019 and was a Partner at MGFO Private Investments from 2019 to 2022. McGregor also served as a Board Observer at Starling Bank between 2020 and 2025. McGregor is pursuing a Master's Degree in Business (Finance) with Distinction at the University of Otago and is recognized as Dux at Wakatipu High School.
