Suhel M. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. In 2005, they started their career as a Customer Care Representative at Compass Communications Ltd. Suhel then took on roles as an After Hours Team Leader and a Quality Improvement Analyst, where they built an Intranet and performed recruitment and training tasks. Suhel later joined Trade Me as an SQL Reporting Analyst and worked their way up to become a Senior Data Analyst and a Data Science Product Manager. Suhel also briefly served as the Head of Analytics and the Analytics Manager at the company.

In 2017, Suhel worked as a Mentor at Creative HQ for Lightning Lab Electric. Suhel then joined ImpactLab as a Product Manager, focusing on customer development and problem validation for GoodInvestor.

Suhel's next role was at Storypark, where they served as a Product Coach and later as a Senior Product Manager. Suhel built products for Early Childhood educators, centers, and families with the aim of connecting and empowering the community.

Moving on, Suhel joined Xero as a Senior (Group) Product Manager and later as the acting GM Product - Manage Sales. Suhel played a key role in the product management and sales management of the company.

In 2021, Suhel co-founded Next Level Product Coaching, a product coaching business where they worked with individuals, leaders, and businesses to elevate their product practice and create impactful results.

Currently, Suhel is the Head of Core Platform at Futureverse, where they are responsible for leading the core platform development and ensuring the integration of Altered State Machine AI Protocol into various experiences.

Throughout their career, Suhel has demonstrated their expertise in product management, coaching, and data analysis, contributing to the success of multiple organizations.

Suhel M. has a diverse education history in the fields of computer science, statistical learning, machine learning, business information systems, and database management.

Between 2001 and 2004, Suhel attended the University of Otago and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science. Following that, in 2007, Suhel obtained a Certificate in SQL Server 2005 from AMES IT Academy, specializing in database management.

In 2010, Suhel pursued further education at Massey University and completed a Diploma in Business Studies with a focus on Business Information Systems, which lasted until 2013.

In 2014, Suhel engaged in self-study courses to expand their knowledge. They completed a course in Statistical Learning from Stanford OpenEdX and a course in Machine Learning from Coursera. Although these courses did not award a specific degree, they enriched Suhel's understanding on the subjects.

Additionally, Suhel has obtained certifications. In 2007, they acquired the SQL Server Administration (MCTS) certification from Microsoft. More recently, in February 2021, Suhel achieved a Product Fellowship certification from COLAB.
