Phanindra Vattem

Phanindra Vattem has a strong background in finance and compliance. Currently, they are the VP of Finance & Compliance at Maxwell Energy Systems, where they oversee financial accounting, auditing, financial planning and analysis, costing, finance transformation projects, M&A activities, and CAPEX management. Phanindra successfully led the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA in a record time of 4 months and implemented various initiatives to ensure legal discipline and safeguard technical knowhow. Phanindra also worked at CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited, where they held various roles such as Head of MIS, AGM of Corporate Finance and Investor Relations, and Senior Manager of Corporate Finance and Financial Controller on International Business. Phanindra spearheaded strategic projects, successfully closed divestment projects, and effectively managed investor relations. Prior to this, they worked at Standard Chartered Capital Markets as a Manager of Business Finance and at National Securities and Depository Limited as an Assistant Manager of Finance.
