Arthur previously held managerial roles at Grant Thornton LLP and Zirkzee accountants en belastingadviseurs, and served as a Supervisor at Ernst & Young. They also served as a board member for the Stichting Financieel Café Midden-Nederland. Arthur holds a Master’s and Post-Master’s degree in Accountancy from the Universiteit van Amsterdam and a Bachelor’s degree from Haagse Hogeschool.
