Eva Counts

Eva Counts is a Client Solutions Specialist for Alterity, Inc. Eva graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2015 and holds a B.A. in Information Systems. Eva is both a big picture or detail-oriented person depending on the task at hand.

What Eva values most about her experience at Alterity is the sense of family and teamwork — if someone doesn’t know the answer to a question or the right solution to a problem, the team comes together to help. Eva takes great pride in being able to find unique solutions for Acctivate customers. Eva’s day is always brightened by the company of her colleagues.

When Eva was little, she wanted to grow up to be a creative writer OR a princess. As an adult, Eva is confident she would make a terrible astronaut — despite her desire to be among the stars — because she doesn’t deal well with confined spaces, family separation, or weightlessness. However, if Star Trek-like starships are ever created, she is on board. If Eva could spend an evening in conversation with a deceased person, she would spend it with Jane Austen. Eva would share her experiences of reading all of Jane’s works and how much they impacted her growing up, and then work to gain insight on Jane’s opinion of the world today and where the novels would fit in.

What fascinates Eva most about technology is the strides it is making to improve day-to-day life. There are no limitations to the possibilities technology can open up.
