Fabio Pinheiro

Fabio Pinheiro has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Fabio currently serves as a Partner and Head of Investments at Decero Capital since April 2022. Prior to this, Fabio was the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Altermark starting from October 2019. Fabio also held the position of Partner at R2F Capital from March 2021 to March 2022.

Earlier in their career, Fabio worked as a Managing Partner at PinePrime Consultoria from October 2017 to October 2019. Before that, they held the role of Executive Manager/Controller at Grupo Critério between October 2015 and December 2017. Fabio also gained valuable experience as the Planning and Control Manager at EJESA Empresa Jornalística Econômico S.A. from August 2014 to August 2015.

Fabio's work history also includes serving as a Financial Controller for South America at NES Global Talent from November 2011 to August 2014. In the year 2000, they pursued an MBA in International Finance and Trade at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, which they completed in 2001. Subsequently, in 2003, Fabio attended Ibmec and obtained another MBA, this time in Business Administration.
