Alterna Search specialises in recruiting emerging and executive talent for private capital and alternative investment funds.

We partner with clients across finance, operations and investment functions predominantly in London, with wider networks in New York, Dublin and other jurisdictions across EMEA.

Our edge is in our ability to work with individuals at every stage of their careers. By partnering with talent early and supporting their progression over time, we have stronger networks, better coverage, and broader access.

Built through experience. Driven by long term success.
