Aneliesse B. possesses extensive experience in operations and project management within the social innovation and political sectors. As the Coordinadora de Operaciones at Alterna Center for Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship since June 2018, Aneliesse oversees the planning and execution of departmental processes, ensuring compliance with established goals and facilitating effective communication. Previously, Aneliesse held roles such as Coordinadora de Gestión de Procesos y Experiencia at Cross-Cultural Solutions, where responsibilities included budget preparation and report control, and Administradora General, where financial oversight was key. Aneliesse's experience also includes work as an Analista Política at Universidad Rafael Landívar, focusing on public opinion surveys, and as Encargada de Formación Política at Instituto Centroamericano de Estudios Políticos - INCEP, contributing to political leadership training initiatives for youth.
